At Yomdel, we practice what we preach, and like all of our clients our own website benefits from 24/7 managed live chat support. In fact many of the leads we capture for new business come from business owners landing on the website and then chatting. But I digress. One night recently a delightful chap called Devin Boudreaux dropped by to chat with Sonny, one of our operators and to tell us about an infographic called "Creating a Social Strategy Support for Improved Customer Service" he had put together.

Of course, it has it's own sales pitch in there as it is ultimately promoting Salesforce Desk (a good, if somewhat pricey suite of great customer support communication tools), but the content is great. Have a read, and I guarantee you will take away something quite useful from this.
