Interestingly this year’s event saw a new format introduced in the form of ‘speed sharing’ round-tables and workshops, each one hosted by an expert in their field. From a Yomdel perspective we applaud the sharing of best practices, successes and insights – something that is much needed in the rapidly changing landscape of the UK property market.
Given that as a company Yomdel supports over 2,000 estate agency branches across the UK, we are in the privileged position of being able to benchmark and help increase the effectiveness that our customers have in generating leads on their website. Therefore, as a standard practice when setting up a new customer we always spend time optimising the live chat on their website. Similarly, with existing clients the opportunity always exists to review and further optimise the placement of the managed live service on the website.
Ultimately everyone benefits from sharing experiences and celebrating successes, so the event wouldn’t have been complete without the black-tie awards dinner - hosted this year by comedian and TV presenter, Sue Perkins (No British Bake Off jokes please!). All 27 of the category winners were highly deserving and we look forward to them sharing their insights and best practices at the 25th annual RAN event this time next year.
