Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings is an award-winning estate and lettings agency business with a network of branches across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire. It also operates the Fine & Country brand under licence.

Director at Thomas Morris and Fine & Country Cambridgeshire, Simon Bradbury, recognised that with the growing numbers of people using technology to do business, the agency needed to get ahead of the industry’s online agents and offer customers even more ways to communicate.

The Solution
Simon engaged the services of Yomdel in June 2016 with its intelligent managed live chat service incorporated onto the Thomas Morris website.
