Yomdel's Founder & CEO, Andy Soloman, was interviewed about falling or slowing house price growth by Jamie East on "Eastworld", broadcast on London radio station [talkRADIO](https://talkradio.co.uk/) on 4th January.

Andy and Jamie discussed the latest [Nationwide house price](https://www.nationwide.co.uk/-/media/MainSite/documents/about/house-price-index/2018/Dec_Q4_2018.pdf) figures which showed an an annual increase in the UK of just 0.5%, down from 2.6% in 2017. London and the outer metropolitan areas where the only places to record annual price declines.
